Minnesota Wage Disclosure Law
Minnesota Statutes §181.032 requires employers to provide an "earnings statement" at the end of each pay period showing employer name, employee name, total hours, total gross pay, all deductions, net pay, and the date of payment. Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Duluth, and Bloomington employers face civil penalties for noncompliance. Our generator helps organize Minnesota paystub fields for payroll review and record-keeping.
