ValidPaystubs provides an online paystub generation tool that allows users to create professional pay stubs for personal record-keeping and verification purposes. The Service includes automatic tax calculations based on 2026 federal and state tax rates.

3. Intended Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Creating fraudulent documents to deceive financial institutions, landlords, or government agencies
• Misrepresenting income for loan applications, rentals, or other financial purposes
• Tax evasion or any other illegal activity
• Impersonating any employer or company without authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information entered and for the lawful use of any documents generated.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD and include access to generate and download paystubs
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 24 hours of purchase if the Service did not function as described
• No refunds will be issued for generated documents that were successfully delivered

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ValidPaystubs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tax calculations will be 100% accurate for all situations. Users should verify all calculations with a qualified tax professional or use official IRS resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ValidPaystubs, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValidPaystubs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
