Iowa Wage Payment Collection Law
Iowa Code §91A.6 requires employers to furnish each employee a written statement of earnings on each payday showing hours worked, pay rate, gross wages, all deductions, and net wages. Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, and Iowa City employers must comply regardless of company size.
